Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 4:00pm EST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible.

 USPS Standard 

  • FREE of charge
  • Delivered by United States Postal Service.
  • 2-6 business days within the contiguous U.S.
  • Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Will deliver to a P.O. box.
 USPS Expedited
  • Shipping charge: $7.95
  • Delivered by United States Postal Service
  • 2-3 business days within the contiguous U.S.
  • Will deliver to a P.O. box.

UPS Next Day

  • Shipping charge: $39.95
  • Next-business-day delivery by 5 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 6:30 to rural areas.
  • Monday-Friday
  • Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).
  • UPS Next Day cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

UPS 2nd Day

  • Shipping charge: $24.95
  • By 6:00 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)
  • Monday-Friday
  • Available throughout all 50 states.
  • Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and ZIP codes in Hawaii in 3 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

 

International Shipping

We don’t ship orders internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Military Shipping Information

We gladly ship to APO and FPO locations. Be sure to select Economy Domestic Shipping as your shipping option. Unfortunately, we cannot send express service to APO or FPO addresses.

When filling out the address section of the cart, please place your Unit number in the "Address" field along with your box number (if required), APO or FPO in the "City" field, and select the appropriate Armed Forces region from the State drop-down.

 

Payment Methods

Our web store currently accepts PayPal only at this time.

 

Cancellations

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimize the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact our support team via support@mediamartonline.com during normal business hours. If we're not able to prevent your order from shipping, we'll set up a return for refund and as long as your product is unopened, we'll be happy to waive our standard 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

Upon shipment of your order you will receive notification that your order has been sent in accordance with your selected shipping option.
