Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Warranty & Return Information

Media Mart offers warranty, depending on where the product was purchased and how it is marked. Please have your packaging handy and see the options below.

 

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

To ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 14 days from your purchase date, we will refund and/or exchange your purchases with no question asked.

All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at support@mediamartonline.com to obtain a Return Authorization "RA", and the address for return.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for original purchase.

 

One-Year Warranty

We at Media Mart  will always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We offer a one-year limited warranty on products whose packaging bears our One-Year Warranty Logo when sold through our website. We warrant our retail hardware products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage.

This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Media Mart  will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.

This limited warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:

a. Improper or inadequate maintenance.

b. Misusage and mishandling.

c. Fire, flood and other will-of-god.

d. Damaged by a wrong voltage use.

Warranty will be treated as void if any:

a. The original shipping invoice is lost or amended.

b. Unauthorized modification.

 

Making a Warranty Claim

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request via support@mediamartonline.com. Media Mart  reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability.) Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period, dated from the original date of purchase.

 

On Refunds/Returns

If you purchased a product directly from the Media Mart website, we offer a 30-day refund based on your original method of payment. At our discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to any or all merchandise purchased from our web store. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request via support@mediamartonline.com


Non-Defective Returns:
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS OF ACCESSORIES ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE. Such returns will be for store credit or refund at the customer's request. Refunds are only available for order within 14 days of original order.

 

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email support@mediamartonline.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

Out Of Stock Items

Sometimes products may sell out before each order is fully processed. If this occurs on your order, you will be notified by email.
